Cunewalder C-youth in an indoor frenzy
Last Saturday, 06/01, our C-Jugend had their first indoor appearance at SV Oberland Spree.
Unfortunately our footballers didn’t make it through the tournament and finished last in their group in the preliminary round. The match in the 3rd semi-final was also lost, as was the one for 7th place.
Thus, in the end they finished in 8th place.
Standings
1. SV Oberland Spree grün
2. FSV Budissa Bautzen e.V.
3. DJK Sokol Ralbitz/Horka
4. SV Oberland Spree rot
5. SpG Neustadt/ Langburkersdorf
6. Königswarthaer SV
7. SpG Deutsch-Ossig/ Holtendorfer SV
8. SG Motor Cunewalde
But let us not forget that the C-Jugend became autumn champions. We are looking forward to the second half of the season in the Kreisliga, because as the saying goes:
CUNEWALDE IN HIS COURSE, NEITHER OX NOR DONKEY WILL STOP HIM
The football department would like to thank everyone who accompanied and supported our C-Jugend on their way!
