E1 youth at the summer tournament of SV Bischeim-Häslich
On Saturday our E1 travelled to our friends at SV Bischheim-Häslich e.V. to take part in the summer tournament with 21 teams.
Right in the first match we made a statement, winning 2:0 against Lomnitzer Sportverein.
Then we faced an old acquaintance from the Kreisliga, SV Liegau-Augustusbad 1951 e.V.; unfortunately we couldn't get past a 0:0.
Next it was the hosts' turn, and they couldn't beat us either, losing 3:0 to us.
FSV Bretnig-Hauswalde e.V. also posed no problem for us in terms of the result; with the 1:0 victory we again kept a clean sheet.
Our run couldn't be stopped by the footballers of SV Grün-Weiß Schwepnitz e.V. Abteilung Fußball either; the final score was 2:0 for us.
In the last group match FV Ottendorf-Okrilla 05 e. V. held us to a 0:0 draw, which means we didn't concede a single goal in the group stage!
Semi-final! We won that again without conceding, 2:0 against SV Gaußig. FINAL!
The final was a top-class football thriller - draw - penalty shootout - VICTORY
A wonderful performance by the JUNGEN WILDEN CUNEWALDE
That shows what potential lies in our MOTORENSCHMIEDE
The club is proud of you!
