Mourning for Patrick PONTACQ
Patrick PONTACQ served for many years as deputy mayor responsible for sports, youth and partnership in Donges and was one of the initiators of the Donges - Cunewalde town twinning in 1993.
Many citizens of Cunewalde knew him from the numerous meetings in Donges or here in town. The sporting contact among our young people, especially the organization of the joint football matches, clearly bore his mark. He cared that we get to know one another, share experiences and enjoy them.
With Patrick PONTACQ we have lost a straightforward, good-humored man and a very good friend.
We extend our heartfelt condolences to his wife Chantal, his sons and his entire family.
As the presence of a delegation from Cunewalde unfortunately cannot be realized, an official condolence book for Mr. Patrick PONTACQ will be available from 16 August at the GBZ Cunewalde, Secretariat, 3rd floor – an opportunity for a few thoughts and words of farewell for those who were connected with Patrick.
