G-Junioren Spring Tournament 2026
A tournament full of emotion, team spirit and Cunewalder Power!
On April 12 the artificial turf in Cunewalde was transformed into a stage of passion, cheers and football joy. Our two G-youth teams delivered a tournament that, without exaggeration, can be called an outstanding showcase for youth football. It was a day centered on team spirit, fighting spirit and pure enthusiasm.
The first team played a tournament that can only be described as masterful. With 13 points, a rock-solid defense and just 2 goals conceded, the team claimed 2nd place in the tournament; level on points with Post Germania Bautzen, a deciding match for first place had to be played — which, unfortunately, they lost.
This team showed that it can not only keep pace but dominate. A 2nd place that is thoroughly deserved and reflects the club's pride.
The second team was the emotional story of the day. With 7 points, strong performances and a legendary 1:0 derby win against their own first team, they produced genuine goosebump moments.
The second team proved that it is more than an underdog – it is a team with character, potential and strong unity.
A day that will long be remembered in Cunewalde
