Matchday 17 - "six-pointer" and a pure relegation battle
+++ 17th Matchday - "Six-pointer" and pure relegation battle +++
Tomorrow, Saturday, March 28, 2026, the men around coach Petschke will host TSV Wehrsdorf.
Here, third-from-bottom and second-from-bottom meet in a head-to-head clash. Important points that the home SGM wants and must secure at all costs.
In the first leg, after a hard-fought game on the "Kamille", the scoreboard showed a 2:1 away win for our Motor-Mannen.
Coach Petschke can call on a broader squad. Mieth, Striegler, Thunig, Kutschke and guest star Meier are available again. Only the long-term injured Brabandt, Drexler, Grießig and Säglitz remain sidelined.
Let’s hope our men show a similar performance to the game against Kubschütz and that the points stay in the most beautiful valley of Oberlausitz!
Kickoff on the home artificial turf is at 3:00 PM.
The team looks forward to your support!
See you tomorrow — Game on!
